The Wray Trust was set up in 1977 and is Leven’s own charity which awards grants to any young person who is under the age of 25 and who has lived in the Ancient Parish of Leven for at least three years.

Our aims are:

• to help with the cost of books and equipment while at college or university
• to assist with costs of tools or clothing for persons entering a trade or profession
• to award bursaries, allowances or grants for educational visits abroad
• to promote the study of music or other arts
• and generally to promote the education of young people, including their social and physical education
